What We Need

We are continually expanding our platform and require skilled developers to:

• Optimize Databases: Enhance application speed and user experience.
• Maintain and Debug: Address ongoing maintenance needs and resolve bugs.
• Feature Development: Collaborate with design and executive teams on new features.
• Security Enhancements: Fortify security protocols and functions.

Position Requirements

• Eligibility: Must reside and be authorized to work within the United States and able to operate in a fully remote environment.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience with Bubble.io platform development and a deep understanding of its design best practices.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a process-oriented approach.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Project Management: Experience with online project management and communication tools.
• Location: Due to the synchronous nature of our work, we require that employees’ remote working locations be in the United States Eastern or Central time zones.

Highly Desirable Traits

• Experience: At least 3 years with Bubble.io and low-code development.
• Database Management: Skills in architecting and administrating databases.
• API Proficiency: Experience with API integration and data simplification.
• User Research: Comfort with interviewing users and analyzing metrics to enhance application usability.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Development Skills: Proficiency in both back-end and front-end development.
