🥊 The Challenge

We’re seeking a (Junior) Webflow Project Manager to lead creative projects for some of the world’s leading companies. In this role, you’ll communicate with clients, prepare work packages for developers, manage workflows, and ensure we consistently deliver pixel-perfect results.

📇 What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Coordinate and partially execute daily Webflow tasks, plan workflows, and manage deadlines.
• Maintain quality control for Webflow projects, ensuring every detail is pixel-perfect.
• Continuously optimize processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Inspire and motivate the team to consistently deliver top-tier results.

✌🏻 What You Need to Succeed:

• Proficiency in Webflow: Familiarity with Components, Client First, CMS, etc.
• Creative Project Management Experience: Previous roles like Creative Project Manager or Campaign Manager.
• Exceptional Organizational Skills: A sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and Autonomous: You’re a self-starter who takes ownership of your work.
• Outstanding Communication: A customer-focused approach with strong written and verbal skills in English (German is a plus).
• Creative Insight: An understanding of how innovative content drives business results.
• Bonus Skills: Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, funnels, and SaaS industry experience.
