Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) describes how No Code Jobs processes personal data in connection with job board, job posting, application, payment, and hiring support services.

1. Roles

Depending on the activity, No Code Jobs may act as a business, controller, service provider, or processor.

• For job seekers, we may process application information to provide the Website and route applications to employers.
• For employers, we may process applicant, company, contact, billing, and job posting information to provide job board services.
• Employers remain responsible for their own handling of applicant information after they receive it.

2. Categories of Personal Data

The personal data processed through the Website may include:

• Applicant contact details, resumes, cover letters, portfolio links, LinkedIn URLs, work samples, and application notes.
• Employer contact details, company information, job descriptions, hiring preferences, and billing metadata.
• Payment and transaction information processed through Stripe.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, source metadata, and abuse-prevention signals.
• Agent-assisted submission metadata, where applicable.

3. Processing Purposes

No Code Jobs processes personal data to:

• Operate the Website and job board.
• Route applications to relevant employers or hiring contacts.
• Publish, manage, and review job postings.
• Process payments and maintain business records.
• Provide support, respond to inquiries, and communicate about services.
• Detect spam, fraud, unsafe files, unauthorized activity, and abuse.
• Maintain public feeds and agent-readable resources.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Processing Instructions

Where No Code Jobs acts as a processor or service provider for an employer, we process personal data only for the purposes described in this DPA, our Privacy Policy, our Terms, or a separate written agreement.

5. Subprocessors and Service Providers

No Code Jobs may use service providers to operate the Website and provide services, including hosting, security, email, form handling, analytics, payment processing, and business operations.

Stripe processes payment and transaction information according to its own privacy practices. Stripe’s Privacy Policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

6. Security

No Code Jobs uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, form validation, file restrictions, spam controls, and infrastructure security practices.

7. Data Subject Requests

If we receive a request to access, correct, or delete personal data, we will respond as required by applicable law. If a request relates to information controlled by an employer, we may direct the requester to the employer.

8. Retention and Deletion

No Code Jobs keeps personal data only as long as reasonably needed for job board operations, business records, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and service delivery.

Where feasible, we will delete or return personal data upon valid request, unless we need to retain it for legal, security, payment, fraud-prevention, or business record purposes.

9. AI Agents and Assistants

Agent-assisted submissions must be made only with human permission. Agents may not submit personal data, job posts, or applications without authorization from the person or company represented.

No Code Jobs may process source, consent, and technical metadata related to agent-assisted submissions to prevent abuse and maintain trustworthy job board operations.
