1. Service Overview

No Code Jobs is a job board and hiring resource for no-code, automation, AI workflow, and related roles. We provide public job listings for job seekers and paid job posting or hiring services for employers.

We may also publish structured job feeds, public agent instructions, articles, hiring guides, and other resources related to no-code and agent-assisted job discovery.

2. Job Seekers

Job seekers may browse jobs, use public feeds, and submit applications through the Website. You are responsible for making sure the information you submit is accurate, truthful, and yours to provide.

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, job offer, response, or placement. Employers are responsible for their own hiring decisions.

3. Employers and Job Posts

Employers and hiring teams are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of any job posting or hiring request they submit.

You agree not to post jobs that are fake, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, spammy, or unrelated to legitimate hiring needs. We may edit, reject, remove, or decline to publish a job post at our discretion.

4. Payments

Employers may pay for job postings or related hiring services through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices, including Stripe’s Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Prices, packages, service fees, and posting periods may be displayed on the Website or agreed to separately in writing.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless another written agreement applies, paid job postings are reviewed before or after submission and may remain active for the posting period shown at checkout or on the Website.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may decline refunds for published listings, completed services, duplicate submissions, misleading job posts, abuse, or requests made after work has begun.

6. AI Agents and Assistants

AI browser agents and assistants may use public pages, public feeds, and public forms only when acting on behalf of a human user or authorized company.

Agents must not submit fake applications, fake jobs, spam, duplicate submissions, unauthorized personal information, unsafe files, or information the human user has not reviewed and approved. We may block, rate-limit, or reject agent-assisted activity that appears abusive, misleading, or unsafe.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
• Post discriminatory, unlawful, exploitative, or deceptive jobs.
• Upload malware, executable files, or unsafe attachments.
• Scrape, copy, or republish Website content in a way that harms the Website or violates applicable law.
• Attempt to bypass security, validation, rate limits, robots rules, or abuse controls.
• Use the Website to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk communications.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Website.

8. No Guarantee

No Code Jobs does not guarantee the accuracy of every job listing, the availability of any role, the quality of any candidate, or the outcome of any hiring process.

Job seekers should independently evaluate employers and opportunities. Employers should independently evaluate candidates and application materials.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

The Website, branding, design, articles, feeds, and other materials are owned by No Code Jobs or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may link to public pages and use public feeds for ordinary discovery, search, indexing, and agent-assisted browsing. You may not copy, resell, misrepresent, or commercially exploit Website content without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you acknowledge that we may collect and use information as described in that policy.

11. Changes to the Website or Terms
